I stamped a few stars with the Blush Pawsitively Saturated Ink Pad. I trimmed the “another trip around the sun” sentiment from the CZ Design Reverse Birthday Sentiment Strips included in the kit. I stamped “Happy Birthday” towards the bottom, then attached the cake slice with foam squares. I ink blended a 4″ x 5.25″ white cardstock panel with the Sunbeam Pawsitively Saturated Ink Pad and a blender brush. What’s great about these, is the rainbow ombre is across an A2 panel, instead of an 8.5×11 sheet, so you get a little bit of all the colors.įor this next card, I stamped the cake slice from the 6×8 Birthday Bash stamp set, colored it in with Copic markers, and then fussy cut it out. You know you can never go wrong with a little sparkle, glitter all the things! I then trimmed this panel to 5.25″ x 4″ and matted it onto a Holographic panel that was included in the kit. I also added some chunky glitter along the bottom of the sentiment with a glue tube. I added some Prisma Glitter details to the letters. Once I colored in all the images, I outlined them with a T0 Copic marker to frame in the sentiment. I then Copic colored the letters with the following Copic colors: I trimmed the background to be 4″ x 5.25″ and then matted it on some Peacock cardstock included in the kit.įor this next card, I stamped “Happy Birthday” from the 6×8 Birthday Bash stamp set included in the kit with Jet Black Lawn Fawn ink. I added some Prisma Glitter details with a Quickie Glue Pen on the balloons, in the stars, and in the “Happy Birthday” sentiment. I used a fine point marker/pen to draw in the balloon strings. Whenever I use stencils I use my Wendy Vecchi Stay-tion, it is a magnetic board, that holds the stencil in place and makes stenciling fast and easy! I also love how well they layered on top of each other. I love how you can get a light application or a vibrant darker look. I also did a fun IGTV and shared the kit contents and demo’d with the inks hereĪs I mentioned, I layered the Party Balloons 6×6 stencil using the Sunbeam and Blush Pawsitively Saturated Ink Pads. You are going to see me use these a lot more in the coming months I can promise you that! You can see all the colors available here After I finished I immediately ordered the other inks I needed to create a full set. I hadn’t gotten a chance to play until I created these cards. Jennabler Alert! I ordered the Trio 1 set of these inks on the first day of STAMPtember because they were teal □ and I wanted to try them out. I used them to stamp the stars and “Happy Birthday” from the Birthday Bash 6×8 stamp set included in the kit. The inks layered so nicely, as you can see here where I used the Party Balloons 6×6 Stencil. My more in-depth answer is: I found these inks to blend SO nicely on 100lb Solar White Cardstock, I honestly was in shock! I used my Simon Says Stamp blender brushes (there are 2 small brushes included in the kit) and got such a nice smooth, even, vibrant blend. My short answer about these inks is I was BLOWN AWAY!
